【摘要】:ThispartofISO11843specifiestermsanddefinitionsrelatingtothedetectionofadifferencebetweenanactualstateofasystemanditsbasicstate.ThegeneralconceptslaiddowninthispartofISO11843,criticalvalueoftheresponsevariable,criticalvalueofthenetstatevariableandminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariable(seedefi-nitionsNos.9to11),applytovarioussituationssuchascheckingtheexistenceofacertainsubstanceinamaterial,theemissionofenergyfromsamplesorplants,orthegeometricchangeinstaticsystemsunderdistortion.Criticalvaluescanbederivedfromanactualmeasurementseriessoastoassesstheunknownstatesofsystemsincludedintheseries,whereastheminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariableasacharacteristicofthemeasurementmethodservesfortheselectionofappropriatemeasurementpro-cesses.Inordertocharacterizeameasurementpro-cess,alaboratoryorthemeasurementmethod,theminimumdetectablevaluecanbestatedifappropri-atedataareavailableforeachrelevantlevel,i.e.ameasurementseries,ameasurementprocess,alab-oratoryorameasurementmethod.Theminimumdetectablevaluesmaybedifferentforameasure-mentseries,ameasurementprocess,alaboratoryorthemeasurementmethod.ISO11843appliestoquantitiesmeasuredonscalesthatarefundamentallycontinuous.Itappliestomeas-urementprocessesandtypesofmeasurementequipmentwherethefunctionalrelationshipbetweentheexpectedvalueoftheresponsevariableandthevalueofthestatevariableisdescribedbyacalibrationfunction.Iftheresponsevariableorthestatevariableisavectorialquantity,theconceptsofISO11843applyseparatelytothecomponentsofthevectorsorfunctionsofthecomponents.NOTE—DefinitionsNos.6and11refertotheoreticalquantitieswhichinrealityremainunknown.Estimatesofthesetheoreticalquantitiescanbedeterminedfromex-perimentalresults.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO8636specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,ISO230-2,andISO230-7,geometrictests,machiningtests,andtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningofnumericallycontrolledaxesforgeneral-purposenormalaccuracybridge-typemillingmachineswithatravellingbridge(gantry-type).ThispartofISO8636alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThispartofISO8636isapplicabletomachineswithtravellingbridgeandfixedtable.Itdoesnotincludesingle-column(opensided)machinesandthosewithfixedbridgeandmovingtables.ThispartofISO8636dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThispartofISO8636providestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachinesandthedesignationoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.
