【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricpoweredwalk-behindandhandheldlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmers,withcuttingelement(s)ofnon-metallicfilamentlineorfreelypivotingnon-metalliccutter(s),withakineticenergyofnotmorethan10Jeach,usedbyastandingoperatorforcuttinggrass,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vfora.c.or50Vd.c..Inthisstandard,hand-heldandwalk-behindlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmersarereferredtocollectivelyastrimmer(s).Sofarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbytrimmerswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinthenormaluseandreasonablyforeseeablemisuseofthetrimmers.NOTE101Attentionisdrawntothefactthatinmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–scissortypeorlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmerswithcuttingmeansotherthanthosedescribedabove;–self-propelledlawntrimmersorlawnedgetrimmers;–lawntrimmersorlawnedgetrimmerswhichdonothaveadistanceofatleast600mmbetweenthecuttingmeanscontrolandthecuttinghead;–battery-poweredtrimmersfittedwithbatteriesthathavetoberemovedforcharging.NOTE102RequirementsfortoolswiththistypeofbatterycanbefoundinAnnexesKandLofIEC60745-1.EMCandenvironmentalaspects,exceptnoise,havenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.NOTE103Themethodofcalculatingthekineticenergyforthepurposesofthisstandardisgivenin22.103.
